When will first contact be made upon purchasing a design?
Contact will be made to all clients within 24 hours, almost always sooner though.

What format are the graphics in?
All animated banners will be in .gif format. For everything else it will be provided in either .jpg, .gif, or .png, depending on which file will work best for your website.

Do you use a Watermark or Brand on your work?
We put a small text message in the footer, it reads: Graphics by TrafficExchangeShop.com. It can’t be removed from footer.

How will I receive my order?
Once we complete the rough draft We will send an email to get approval. Upon approval the work will be completed and sent to you via email. We can also provide FTP access if necessary.

How long will my order typically take?
Typically We will have the first draft emailed to you within 48 hours for your confirmation. Once We receive the green light your work will be completed as soon as possible. We don’t like keeping our clients waiting for their work as We know it’s important to get it on your site. Bulk orders may take up to a week, for everything else 72 hours is usually sufficient.

When can I see my first draft?
You will be emailed the first draft of your design within 48 hours. If for some reason We have too much work on the go it may take up to four days for the first draft.

What if I change my mind about the work?
We offer three free revisions with every order, We guarantee you will be satisfied with the work by then.

Can I edit your graphic after I receive it?
Yes you are completely free to edit your graphics anyway you like, just as long as you don’t remove the footer giving credit to our site.

Can you work on any custom graphic requirements?
For custom graphics you will need to email us with what you require, upon receiving your email We will get back to you with details on if We can complete the project.

How do I place an order?
1. Choose the package you wish to order. 2. Click on the order now button. 3. Make your payment via Paypal 4. Once payment is made you will be forwarded to form to fill out with details on your request. 5. We will contact you within 48 hours with the first draft.

What if I don’t like your work?
This will rarely happen, We strive to give our clients the best quality they can possibly receive. We provide revisions on all of my work and will change the design as needed up to a maximum of three times.
