we do not offer refund to users as most of the revenue generated are used to pay for affiliate links, commissions e.t.c

2. Design revisions are available for free for the first three times. However, we can't offer unlimited revisions as our service is one of the cheapest you can find on the internet.
Although you may request for additional revision, it will cost extra. It usually starts from 10 USD. However, they are done for a small fee.

3. You are not allowed to resell designs.
i.e: you do not have resell rights. if you sell your website you can surely pass on the design although design cannot be sold to more than one person.

4. Designs Photos: We purchase qualitative images for each design from http://www.istockphoto.com and http://www.bigstockphoto.com/ so their terms and condition apply on the use of those images.
Furthermore, these images cannot be used for printing without special licenses since these images are purchased for single design rights and as such can't be re-sold.

5. Responsibility for Content: we are not responsible for any content used on your site. All copyright goes to website owners. We offer only designing service and as such will not be responsible for your content

6. We will not provide any illegal or pornographic /adult website service

7. Source File (PSD - Photoshop ) Info: we do not offer Free PSD although we have the full right to give it you for free or for some extra cash.

8. We keep backup for your files.(only graphics files). So you may ask for an extra copy anytime at no cost.

9. FREE TEMPLATE: Our Free Template is for personal use only so you have do not have the right to share, sell or distribute it etc.

10. We have rights to accept or reject orders

11. 48 hours is the regular turnaround time for DRAFT design.(not whole project). There are times in which there may be delays due to the load of jobs available and in such cases we will inform you immediately.

For Affiliate Members

1. Payment is usually made on the 15th of every month. We have right to delay by 2 or 3 days if we feel there is a need to, although this hardly happens.

2. If we find out any fishy or fraudulent referral, we have the exclusive right to cancel or delete your account.

3. Your earning will be depending on your promotion. We will not pay you if no effort is made to promote our website.

4. Affiliates should not contravene SPAM rules. Users should not promote our website illegally or send spam links, robots e.t.c

5. Account deletion: If for any reason you need to delete your account then you have to contact the support team for this.

6. For now, Payment is made via PayPal although other Payment options could be made available in the nearest future
